Stretch and Strength classes utilize the Hammock as a floating Barre.  This class challenges the body to build strength by isolating muscles groups with certain movements and sequences that will tone and sculpt; then stretching to elongate the muscles and increase flexibility, giving the look of that long lean Dancer’s body.  The exercises done with the hammock will help build balance and stability while strengthen the body’s core and center.

Stretch & Strength Core:  This class is all about the Abdominal.  If you want that sexy 6 pack, join us to zap the fat and strengthen your core muscles.

Stretch & Strength Flexibility:  This class will have you stretching to elongate the muscles and increase flexibility, giving the look of that long lean Dancer’s body.  The exercises done with the AG Hammock will help build balance and stability while strengthen the body’s core and center.

Stretch & Strength Body Firm: This class is a Total Body workout and Burn.  Using weights to tone and build muscle and strength the arms and upper body while helping and building better posture.  Then using the AG Hammocks as a floating barre to tone the legs and bottom while working on stabilizer muscles.
