Laying completely support in the Aerial Hammock, you will be guided to do an Awaken body scan and chakra alignment while bathing the senses and being surrounded with the beautiful vibrating sounds of sound bowls being played during class. This also helps to calm any sensations within the body and of the mind allowing one to experience complete relaxation while being aware of your surroundings.
